We are looking for a talented HR Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment

2. Search for candidates in various sources (HeadHunter, LinkedIn, Habr, Telegram channels);

3. Conducting interviews, evaluation;

4. Interaction with hiring managers (preparation/correction of vacancies, generation of search ideas);

5. Participation in solving HR tasks

6. HR document management

7. Corporate culture and communication.

Requirements:

1. Experience in recruiting more than 1 year, experience in hiring IT specialists will be an advantage

2. Experience in solving HR tasks will be an advantage

3. Knowledge of labor law

4. High level of communication and empathy

5. Willingness to learn a lot of new things and dive into the specifics of the company

6. Ability to work independently

7. Higher education
