We are looking for a lawyer.

Responsibilities:

1. Legal advice: The lawyer will provide advice and guidance on regulatory requirements and other legal issues related to the activities of the company.

2. Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: The lawyer will be involved in drafting, reviewing and reviewing contracts, including contracts with suppliers, partners, clients and other parties; verification of counterparties; Maintaining an electronic database of contracts and their storage; legal verification of draft orders, instructions, regulations and other documents; drawing up powers of attorney for employees to represent the interests of the Company; participation in negotiations, correspondence and resolution of issues arising from the conclusion, amendment, prolongation and execution of contracts.

3. Participation in investment negotiations: formation of contracts with investors, verification of the legal purity of transactions with private investors, funds.

4. Dispute Resolution: The lawyer will deal with disputes and conflicts, including through negotiation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), or litigation.

5. Regulatory Compliance: The lawyer will monitor and ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements such as data protection laws, antitrust laws and other national standards, and develop and implement company policies and procedures in accordance with these requirements.

6. Work with funds and grants: full support of documentation on work with funds of the Russian Federation, including Skolkovo.

7. Cooperation with other departments: The lawyer will cooperate with other departments of the company, such as marketing, finance, operations, etc., to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

8. Monitoring changes in international law: The lawyer will monitor and analyze changes in international law, international rules and treaties, and regulatory requirements to ensure that the company complies with new requirements and regulations.

Requirements:

1. Higher legal education (Experience in the field of international law and / or international transactions (will be an advantage)
