After harvesting, the beech undergoes a long exposure under strict conditions to a certain humidity. The beech is then steamed at a high temperature. Due to this, pathogenic wood-destroying fungi die, and the environmental friendliness and service life of furniture increase. Then the beech bends and its strength increases by 20-30%. After careful drying according to strict standards, the beech is processed on modern machines and brought to the ideal under strict manual control of the craftsmen.
The high-quality lacquer gives the beech a noble walnut tone, while maintaining and emphasizing its natural texture. The varnish does not contain lead and has practically no smell, thanks to the UV filter it does not fade in the sun.
