Consumable polymer using SJR technology for restoring ball joints or polymer for cars.
Consumable polymer SJR. Used as a consumable for restoring ball joints. A special polymer, supplied in the form of finished rods and whose composition is designed to withstand high pressure. This material is designed to absorb dynamic impact and friction and is not affected by lubrication.
The essence of the technical restoration process is to fill the cavity of the ball joint with molten polymer. After filling the cavity, the polymer cools and takes a shape that provides maximum contact area between the cage and the ball. The process of restoring one ball joint takes 15-20 minutes. The process is very simple and does not require special knowledge and skills. The efficiency of restoring ball joints using this technology allows us to provide a guarantee for the restored unit of about 50 thousand km. Remanufactured ball joints are often not inferior in service life to new ones from name-brand manufacturers, and are superior to budget analogues produced in eastern countries.
The initial melting temperature is 182°C, while in the process of working with the polymer it is necessary to ensure that it is heated to a temperature of 185-195°C. Do not allow the polymer to overheat above 205°C.
