The 1841R-KBL and 1851R-KBL indirect-acting solenoid valves are specially designed for operation with compressed air pressure up to 50 atmospheres. In the initial state, these valves are closed and do not allow air to pass through. To open the valve, it is enough to apply voltage to the electromagnetic coil.
The 1841R-KBL valves are indirect-acting valves with a floating diaphragm. The advantage of electromagnetic valves of this design compared to direct-acting valves is the low energy consumption of the coil while maintaining high flow rates and operating pressure (up to 40 bar). However, for the correct operation of indirect solenoid valves, the available pressure drop between the valve inlet and outlet must be at least 0.5 bar (ΔPmin = 0.5 bar). If the available pressure drop is less than 0.5 bar, then the flow rate of the working medium through the valve will be significantly lower than the nominal one.
The 1851R-KBL series valves are floating piston valves. The principle of operation of such valves is similar to the 1841R valves, but due to the durable brass piston, the operating pressure of the 1851R valves reaches 50 bar.
