Bituminous rubber sealant is one of the most well-known options for existing roofing sealants. It consists of bitumen, rubber, specialized synthetic fibers and an organic solvent.

Maximum strength is gained by the composition as the solvent evaporates. This allows you to carry out work regardless of the existing environmental conditions.

It can be used to eliminate existing leaks in gutters and roofs, cracks and scratches in those roofings that are made of roofing material. It is allowed to use materials made of roofing material, tiles or metal sheets for gluing joints, as well as for sealing such joints.

It is characterized by increased adhesion to various building materials and wet surfaces, resistance to UV radiation and high heat resistance.

For sub-zero temperatures, the substrate must be dry and the sealant cartridge stored at room temperature for at least 24 hours.

For application in sub-zero temperatures, it is necessary to drain the substrate. The product cartridge should be stored at room temperature for at least 24 hours before use. The film forming speed and time are based on a temperature of 23°C and 50% relative humidity. Lower temperatures and higher air humidity prolong the above processes.
