Detergent with a disinfectant effect based on peracetic acid. The agent is an effective disinfectant against sanitary-indicative conditionally pathogenic gram-negative and gram-positive microorganisms, including Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Streptococcus faecalis, Staphylococcus aureus, Oospora lactis and Salmonella typhimurium.
Working solutions of the product can be used for washing and disinfection of any kind of dairy equipment made of stainless steel, chromium-nickel steel and aluminum. The agent is also used for robotic dairy farms for cleaning brushes and reducing the microbiological impact on brushes at a concentration of 0.5%. Copper and galvanized surfaces, as well as silicone and rubber gaskets, must be checked for resistance to agent solutions.
