After filling the cavity, the polymer cools and takes a shape that provides maximum contact area between the cage and the ball. The process of restoring one ball joint takes 15-20 minutes. The process is very simple and does not require special knowledge and skills. The efficiency of restoring ball joints using this technology allows us to provide a guarantee for the restored unit of about 50 thousand km. Remanufactured ball joints are not inferior in service life to new ones from branded manufacturers, and are superior to budget analogues produced in eastern countries. The case contains a special machine - an extruder, an assortment of nozzles, consumables - a polymer resistant to compression/dynamic loads. This approach reduces the cost of repairs, but does not lower the bar for its quality. The reliability of the restored components and the vehicle is enhanced. Lubricant consumption is reduced.
