Nano deflector/Turbo deflector (Rotary deflector) with rubber cuff for installation on pipes with a diameter of 100 to 125 mm. Made from ABS UV stabilized plastic. Powered by wind and does not consume electricity. Seat 160mm. Suitable for installation on pipes from 100 mm to 200 mm in diameter through adapters. Does not fade, does not corrode, operates completely silently, perfectly balanced, does not create vibrations in the exhaust pipe, does not allow blowing into the exhaust pipe, equipped with a level for easy installation. Service life not less than 10 years.
The adapter is made of PVC. Installed on the pipe without effort. Does not lose its properties in heat and frost. It does not require special fasteners, as it is drilled with self-tapping screws, with which the nano-deflector itself is attached to the pipe.
Rotary turbine nanodeflector refers to exhaust ventilation devices that use wind energy to create draft in the ventilation duct. Structurally, the nanodeflector is a combination of a multi-bladed vertical-axial windmill (a variation of the Savonius rotor) and a centrifugal pump. The main disadvantage of the nanodeflector is closely related to its advantage. The nanodeflector is based on a vertical-axial wind turbine, which is a multi-blade variation of the Savonius rotor. According to the studies of various wind turbines, carried out in the aerodynamic laboratory of KNITU-KAI, the coefficient of wind energy utilization of vertical-axis wind turbines in general and the Savonius rotor in particular is very low. This is due to the principle of operation of a vertical-axis windmill, half of which rotates due to wind energy, and the second is decelerated by it.
