DOZEX Contactless car shampoo

High-foam car shampoo for contactless car wash at self-service car washes. Produces rich foam.

APPLICATION:
Self-service car washes. Depending on the dosing system, the concentration of the finished solution is set to 1-2%.
Traditional car washes
• With the use of a foam generator, a typical dilution of the concentrate is 750 ml per 50 liters of water. Depending on the washing conditions (water quality, equipment efficiency, season, road reagents used, etc.), the dilution is selected empirically from 500 to 1000 ml per 50 liters of water.
• With the use of a foam kit (nozzle on a pressure washer), a typical dilution of 150 ml per 1 liter is recommended. Depending on the design of the foam set and the washing conditions, the dilution is selected empirically in the range from 100 to 200 ml per 1 liter.
• With the use of a dosatron, the recommended concentration is 1-2%.

PROPERTIES:
Ingredients: deionized water (more than 30%), anionic surfactants (more than 5%, but less than 15%), non-ionic surfactants (more than 5%, but less than 15%), complexing agents (more than 5%, but less than 15%), functional additives (less than 5%), corrosion inhibitor (less than 5%), sodium hydroxide (less than 5%), dye (less than 5%).
