Thanks to its high resolution, the machine can, in one pass, perform preliminary, primary and secondary cleaning of the heap and simultaneous separation of grain by specific gravity (nature), selecting biologically valuable, homogeneous grain of the ear, cob, basket, which has maximum germination energy and growth force.

The Almaz machine is capable of replacing 2-3 types of machines connected in a technological chain.
In the center of the machine there is a jet high-frequency generator, which is powered by a fan. Specially formed generator jets perform force scanning of grain in the grain flow entering the aerodynamic chamber from the vibrating chute of the loading hopper.
Depending on the specific gravity of the grain and thanks to force scanning of its surface, fractional separation of the grain mass occurs.
The output air flow carries away all the dust, husks and straw, and therefore grain of ideal presentation appears in the fractional bins for purified grain.
The outlet air flow (aspiration) can be diverted to the atmosphere, a settling chamber or a cyclone.
