The solenoid valves of the SVF series are indirect-acting valves with a floating diaphragm. They are installed on pipelines with water, air or other non-corrosive media and are capable of operating at pressures up to 10 bar.
In the initial state, the valve is closed. Applying voltage to the coil causes the valve to open. Despite the fact that the valve is opened or closed due to the supply or removal of voltage from the coil, the movement of parts inside the body that open or close the main passage section is carried out due to the pressure of the medium that is in the pipeline. Therefore, for the proper operation of these valves, it is required that the medium passing through them be homogeneous and clean (free of mechanical impurities). In addition, stable valve opening is ensured only if the pressure at the valve inlet is greater than the pressure at the outlet by at least 0.5 bar.
