Cooking options:
Porridge: 70 grams of talkan (about 5 tablespoons), pour 250 ml of boiled hot water, mix thoroughly, add salt, butter, honey, dried fruits, berries or nuts to taste. Let it brew for 3-5 minutes.
Altai salted tea: add a pinch of salt, 2 tablespoons of talkan, milk, butter to taste to the prepared herbal or green tea, stir.
Cleansing drink: stir 2 tablespoons of talkan in a glass of low-fat kefir or yogurt. It is better to take at night or during the day as a snack.
