Cross cutter Victar

In 2017 we designed a new type of equipment for sale: a model Victar.PT-1100 for cross-cutting packages of sawn timber with a cutting width of 1100 mm on the basis of a hydraulic carriage. In 2018 we equipped this unit with a modern model of the Victar.Giant electric saw with a drive sprocket and chain 3/8 ″, which allowed to increase productivity and resistance to hard wood logs. Another advantage of the model is its versatility: if necessary, the saw unit can be turned into hand tool Victar with any guide bar length from 50 to 110 cm.

Cross cutter Victar.PT-1200/-1500 allows sawing a package of sawn timber up to 1120/1420 mm wide and up to 1200 mm high.

Bilateral stabilization system

The frame base of the machine and the vertical guide bar on both sides are fixed with self-tapping screws on the package, ensuring the accuracy of the cut according to the specified size. During the sawing process, the roller, fixed at the end of the bar, moves strictly along a programmed path.

Portal cross cutter model Victar.PPT-1500 up to 1350mm wide is a two-support
construction with a fixed saw unit, which is mounted on wheels to move the machine along the processing package. Cutting precision is achieved due to adjustable stops.

End chain cutter TC“Kayman” - for cross-cutting of logs, beams and other materials of various sections.
Applicable for:
cutting logs in wood splitting lines;
timber bucking;
production of cuts for pedestrian footpath;
as a component of the production line for the production of profiled beams or rounded logs/

The end chain bar cutting can be mounted in conjunction with other equipment, as part of a wood-chopping or crosscutting line.
Depending on the purpose, the equipment and characteristics of the machine may be different. Due to installing bars of different lengths on the end chain cutter, it becomes possible to saw and trim logs up to 70 cm in diameter.
