Boring and surfacing complex PIONER RNK is designed to restore worn out holes. It allows not only boring, but also surfacing. The work is done in three stages:
1. Boring a worn hole to eliminate ellipse.
2. Surfacing to restore the metal layer.
3. Final boring to the required size.
The machine is mobile, so all work can be done at the location of the special equipment.
Megaohmmeter PSI-2530 is designed to measure the insulation resistance of electrical circuits that are not energized, and measure alternating voltage up to 700 V. The presence of a magnetic holder allows you to fix the device to any metal surface.
Using the IFN-300 device, it is possible to measure the resistance of the "phase-zero", "phase-phase" loop and the transition resistance of contact connections. Using the data obtained, it is possible to identify malfunctions in group lines and carry out a set of measures in a short time to avoid serious accidents and fires.
Measurement of the "phase-zero" loop is carried out during acceptance testing of equipment at the request of controlling organizations or periodically - once every 3 years.When measuring the loop resistance "phase-zero", "phase-phase", the device simultaneously measures the active, reactive and impedance of the loop, and also calculates the predicted short-circuit current without disabling the line protection. This is necessary to check the correctness of the set nominal value of the short-circuit protection element (circuit breaker or fuse) and determine the timely operation of this protection. The body of the device is equipped with magnetic holders, which allows, if necessary, to quickly mount the device on steel surfaces, including those with paint and varnish coatings.
