Description of the welder's tent PS-2
The PS-2 welder's tent is a shelter that closes the workplace for welding, installation or other repair work from external influences outdoors in severe weather conditions: precipitation, wind, frost, and also at night. It is calculated for work to - 40 °C.
The base of the tent is a prefabricated metal frame on which an awning is put on. A feature of the tent for welding PS-2 is a branch pipe for a pipeline with a diameter of 620 - 1520 mm. This type of tent is designed to protect personnel during work on the main sections of pipelines for gas, oil, or the needs of housing and communal services. The walls have opening gates that can be fixed for pipes to pass through. The entrance to the tent, if necessary, is fastened with a zipper.
In the production of awnings and tarpaulins for welder's tents, we use a double-sided PVC coating with a density of 450g/m2, which makes the material rubberized.
