Copper coils (models ZR-1, ZR-1.5), expansion joints, and ROAR tubes are intended to connect a cylinder containing technical gases (oxygen, argon, nitrogen, helium, carbon dioxide, hydrogen, etc.) or a manifold to a distribution header in order to prevent mechanical stresses.
A copper coil is fabricated from a copper tube of any diameter and size, with brass nuts with threads G3/4 for inert gases and G21.8 LH for explosive and combustible gases (hydrogen, propane, methane, and others). The operating pressure is up to 30 MPa (300 kgf/cm2). The length is 500 to 1000 mm (0.5–1.0 m). Coils can be manufactured with various union nuts, upon the Customer’s request.
